Drills – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced
Sessions designed to take you through specific drills and activities relevant to your level. Giving you the chance to learn and practice all technical and tactical areas of tennis.
Cardio Tennis
Perfect for all levels. A great workout, social and heaps of fun.
Coaches will take you through a blend of coach fed drills and play based games designed to get you moving!
Tennis HIIT
Think cardio tennis but more! Designed to be a whole body workout. Coaches will work you through various stations of hitting drills and functional movements. This session is based around a circuit of high intensity interval training. Heaps of fun, while improving strength and fitness.
Social/Compete
Designed for intermediate to advanced players looking to play more matches without the commitment of pennants. Played in a relaxed and semi competitive setting.
