Whether you’re looking to learn tennis for the first time, get in a workout or practice your tennis in a fun and relaxed environment, we have a session for you.
Our classes run daily (Monday – Saturday).
4 streams:
- Drills (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced) – these sessions are designed take you through specific drills and activities relevant to your level. Giving you the chance to learn and practice all technical and tactical areas of tennis.
- Cardio Tennis – perfect for all levels. A great workout and heaps of fun.
- Tennis HIIT – think cardio tennis but more! Designed to be a whole body workout. Coaches will work you through various stations of hitting drills and functional movements. This session is based around a circuit of high intensity interval training. Heaps of fun, while improving strength and fitness.
- Social/Compete – Designed for intermediate to advanced players looking to play more matches without the commitment of pennants. Played in a relaxed and semi competitive setting.
